The Arab World for Research and Development Center (AWRAD) conducted a public opinion survey across the Gaza Strip on 24-26 January 2025, coinciding with the day when displaced Palestinians were expected to return to their homes, particularly in the northern governorates, from which they had been forced to flee. Our field team conducted interviews with 600 Palestinian men and women residing in shelters, formal and informal tent camps, and residential buildings, as they prepared to return to their original homes. This represents the first press release in the "Day After the Israeli War on Gaza" series, which examines Palestinian public opinion on the ceasefire agreement, the credibility of its implementation, the role of key actors, and the support provided by international and Palestinian entities during the war.
